What are the Shipping charges to my location ?

India:

Free Shipping for all prepaid orders above Rs. 599

Standard shipping charge of flat Rs. 49 is applicable for orders below 599

For cash on delivery orders flat shipping charge of Rs 99 will be applicable

Outside India: Shipping charge shall be as per the delivery location.Please write to us at contactus@heritagemela.com for more details.

How long before I get my purchase?

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances such as lockdowns, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

In case of customised order, it generally takes 7-15 business days to get delivered.

How do you deliver the orders?

We deliver your orders through our shipping partners such as Bluedart, FedEx, DHL etc.
